We do not claim national coverage. These are the states where we actually pull county records, text owners and get replies — listed by how much we have worked, with live counts.
Coverage is uneven on purpose. Some counties publish tax records in a form that is actually usable and some publish almost nothing, so a market being missing here usually means the data is not there rather than that we have not tried. Counts were read on November 7, 2026.
